What product do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?

To qualify purchase a participating Electrolux Robot Vacuum during the Promotional Period.
Models: PI92-6SGMKIT & PI92-6STN

How long does the promotion last?

You must purchase your participating products during the Promotional Period: 1st October to 31st October 2021.

When is the latest I can submit an Entry?

All Entries’ (online only) must be submitted and received between 1st October to 31st October 2021.

How do I enter this promotion?

You must complete the online Entry form at: www.electroluxfloorcarewin.com.au

Follow the prompts to the entry page during the Promotional Period and fill out the required details: You will be required to supply the following information:

  • Contact details: Name, number, email address & state
  • Product details: Model number and serial number
  • Receipt details: Receipt number, date and image of receipt
  • Retailer details: Retailer name, suburb and state

Once you provide the above details and submit your entry you will be automatically be notified whether you are a winner or not. If you are a winner, you will receive an email confirmation.

What is required of my receipt?

In accordance to the Terms & Conditions, please provide a valid purchase Tax Invoice.

A valid Receipt/Tax Invoice is to contain the name of the retail store, a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), the details of the purchased product (model number and description) and the full name of the purchaser.

The customer name on the Receipt/invoice must also match the name of the person entering the promotion. The name on the invoice cannot be a business name.

Your uploaded receipt image must be in jpg/png/pdf format.

The size of your receipt/invoice image must be less than 5mb in size

How do I resize my receipt/invoice image?

If your file is too large to upload you can take a screenshot of it on desktop and upload the screenshot file. If you are on mobile, saving the image with a smaller size should fix the issue.

I entered a different name on the online Entry form, from the name shown on the receipt. Is this OK?

No, it is not. The name/entrant on the entry form must match the name on the receipt, in order to be eligible for this promotion. Entries that are received showing a different name will be made invalid.

What is the prize and where can I use It?

How will I receive my gift card?

The prize will be awarded in the form of a physical gift card.

When will I receive my gift?

Winners should allow 28 days for delivery of their prize from when their claim was validated.

Can I enter multiple times?

One (1) entry per person (with a maximum also of one (1) Entry collectively by all persons in any one household) are permitted in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Why is there no box to tick for Privacy? Is it a secure website?

This is a secure website – your privacy is protected throughout the website. As per the Terms and Conditions, Electrolux may use your information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning you.

Why don't I get an email back straight away after being notified I’m a winner?

Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as spam or junk mail. Please check your spam and junk mail folders. If you still have not received a confirmation email you can contact us via email at: [email protected] for assistance.

Where can I find my serial number?

Your serial number can be found on the product box, on a white sticker. If you don’t have the box anymore, you can find the serial number on the product itself. Please use our serial number guide to find your serial number: download guide PDF

My product is on backorder or out of stock and I can’t supply my serial number. Can I still submit an Entry?

Unfortunately, no as this is an instant win promotion you must supply your serial number when entering.

Will products purchased from commercial (trade) or wholesale suppliers be accepted?

No, purchases made from commercial or wholesale suppliers are not eligible for this promotion.

I am receiving an error on the site because my receipt file is too large to upload to the site?

If your file is too large to upload you can take a screenshot of it on desktop and upload the screenshot file. If you are on mobile, saving the image with a smaller size should fix the issue.

Will products purchased on staff sale or trade seconds be accepted?

No, purchases made through staff sale or trade seconds are not eligible for this promotion.
